Solitaire Floor Lamp
Solitaire Floor Lamp
Three thin black steel legs splay out from a brass collar at the top, each one ending in a small brass foot. The shade is a tapered black linen drum that sits deep and close — the light spills down warm and focused, good for reading or standing beside a sofa. It’s about 60 inches tall, so it reads as a clean vertical line in the room, the brass details catching light when you move past.

Common Questions
How stable is it on hardwood or tile floors?
The three legs splay wide enough to keep it steady. Each foot is brass-capped to grip the floor. On very smooth tile, a slight angle matters — the feet grip better than wheels would.
Can I adjust the height or fold the legs?
No. The legs are fixed at their angle and length. It’s 60″ from floor to top of the shade — measure your ceiling height and the space where you want it to stand before ordering.
What kind of bulb does it take, and what’s the cord length?
See the Specifications for bulb details. The power cord runs down one of the legs and is long enough for most room layouts — check the spec sheet for exact length if you’re placing it far from an outlet.
How does the light feel — is it bright enough for reading?
The shade is deep and close, so light pools downward and inward. It’s good for task reading or ambient light in a corner. It won’t flood a whole room — it’s a localized light source by design.
Is the shade removable for cleaning?
Yes. The shade lifts off the frame. Dust it with a soft brush or wipe with a dry cloth. The linen fabric benefits from occasional gentle care to keep it looking fresh.
