How stable is this lamp? Will it tip over easily?
The marble base is solid and heavy enough to hold the brass stem upright without wobbling. It’s stable on most floors, but avoid placing it where a pet or child might swing into the branches—the blooms are glass, not unbreakable.
Do all the glass shades turn on at once, or can I control individual blooms?

How much light does this actually put out for reading?
It’s ambient light, not task light. Good for a corner glow or to fill a dark space, but not bright enough for close reading. Best paired with another source if you need to read by it.
Does the cord get in the way, or where does it exit?
The cord runs down inside the brass stem and exits from the base at the back, so you’ll want to position the lamp a few inches from the wall. Check your space before ordering if clearance is tight.
Are the glass shades hard to clean?
