Alabaster Square Column Floor Lamp
Alabaster Square Column Floor Lamp
A tall, slim column of alabaster sits on a white marble base — the stone glows warm from inside, so the whole fixture reads as one solid piece of light rather than a lamp with a shade. The alabaster’s natural veining shows through when it’s on, soft and quiet. You get three heights: 23.6″ for a table or console, 37.8″ for the corner of a living room or bedroom, and 49.6″ for a floor presence that doesn’t demand attention. The marble base keeps it grounded and steady.

Common Questions
How stable is the base on carpet or uneven floors?
The marble base is about 6.3″ wide and solid stone, so it stays put on level flooring. On carpet, you might feel a slight tilt — a thin felt shim under one corner usually takes care of it. Not meant for high-traffic areas where people brush past it often.
Does the alabaster crack or yellow over time with the heat inside?
Alabaster stays stable under standard LED bulb heat. Natural stone does have grain and older veining, so a hairline crack in the material is possible but rare with normal use. It won’t yellow — the warm glow you see is the stone itself, not discoloration.
What’s the cord length and where’s the switch?
See the Specifications for cord length and switch details. The cord runs down the back of the base. On the smaller table versions, the switch is low and easy to reach from a desk or bedside.
Can I use this in a bathroom or other damp rooms?
Not ideal for the shower or steamy areas — alabaster is porous and will absorb moisture over time. It’s fine for a powder room or bathroom far from the tub, but keep it away from splashing water and high humidity.
Which height works best for a bedroom nightstand?
The 23.6″ table lamp height is perfect — it clears typical nightstands (usually 24–28″ tall) and casts light over your shoulder without glare. The taller two sizes work better in corners or beside a console in a living room.
